2. Waitlist and Future Services

This Site currently provides a waitlist for AI collaboration services that are under development. By joining our waitlist:

• Your submission does not create any obligation for us to provide services to you
• It does not guarantee you a spot in any pilot program or early access
• All future services will be governed by their own specific terms and conditions
• We may contact you about pilot programs, beta testing, or platform launch updates
• Waitlist participation is free and you may withdraw at any time by contacting us at info@kampung.io

Any marketplace, learning academy, community hub, or digital library services mentioned on the Site are in development and subject to change without notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information in your waitlist application
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your professional affiliation
• Using automated systems to access the Site or submit multiple waitlist applications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or bypass waitlist procedures
• Interfering with or disrupting the Site's functionality or other users' access
• Using the Site to transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or promotional content

4. Waitlist Information Accuracy

You represent and warrant that all information you provide through the waitlist form is accurate, current, and complete, including:

• Personal contact information (name, email address)
• Professional details (company information, role, experience level)
• AI usage background and preferences
• Role-specific information relevant to your selected path

You agree to promptly update your information if it changes by contacting us at info@kampung.io. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from our waitlist and exclusion from future opportunities.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kampung.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• All text, graphics, logos, images, and software
• The Kampung.io name, logo, and branding
• Any future platform features, tools, or resources

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

7. Waitlist Communications

By joining our waitlist, you consent to receiving communications from us, including:

• Waitlist confirmation and status updates

• Important service-related notifications and policy changes

Communications will be sent via email to the address provided in your waitlist application. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through the unsubscribe link in our emails, but we may still send essential waitlist-related messages.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kampung.io, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kampung.io and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
